Chapter 11 – Assessing Talent
As you are now assessing the talent that has been generated, here are some steps that you should have your team take:
- Has someone in your organization checking on the interviewing processes that is being used and in the data that is generated?
- Designate someone in your organization to create service level agreements and projected timelines to better plan for hiring.
- Are you using the data captured by the applicant tracking system to see how the team is performing and making decisions to improve outcomes? Are you ensuring that your interviewers are using structured interviews?
