Now that you have the candidate pool narrowed to those who are qualified, ask yourself these questions:

Should we hire above the number of current openings due to growth or future expected turnover increases.

How much time is your organization spending discussing or directing the financial and resourcing details of upcoming projects?

How do you measure the effectiveness of your efforts from the perspective of all stakeholders?

Are your interview loops and processes in line with the level of the position that you are filling?

Are there any issues or observations that you have found?
