Chapter 10 – The Search is On!

Now that the search is on, here are some questions for you to consider:

• Does your organization have a process to assess the effectiveness of hiring within the target populations listed in Chapter 10? 
• Have they found the processes to be similar? Why or Why not? What have you found? 
• Do your leaders know what their offer acceptance rate is for their team and are they held accountable for it? 
• Is your organization’s web presence candidate focused or is it strictly product focused? 
• When you try to apply to your positions, does the process reflect the message that you want to send to candidates?
