As you begin to approach the talent market about your hiring, here are some questions to ask yourself:

  • How do you currently account for attrition and the changing need for resourcing? 
  • Is your resourcing process flexible enough to handle variations? 
  • Who is accountable at the organizational level? 
  • How does your organization currently handle the possibility of expanding the locations of your company? 
  • Do your hiring teams pay attention to the candidate-flow data to see if there are disparities for certain populations at each step of your process? Is it reflected in either team or management goals?
